50gspelt puffs

100g90% dark chocolate
50gdates
100mlmaple syrup
2tbsphazelnut butter
1tbspvanilla extract

  1. Cut the chocolate bar into smaller chunks. Start by cutting the edges and continue to chop the chocolate.
  2. Add all the dry ingredients to a food processor. If you don’t have one, make sure to cut the dates into small pieces, the same goes for the chocolate.
  3. Pour the maple syrup and hazelnut butter over the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix everything until a well-combined mass. The mass should be very sticky.
  5. Take a spoonful of the mass and form a ball with your hands.
  6. Repeat until there´s no mass left.
  7. Ready to eat or store!
