  1. To begin with, gather all the necessary ingredients for your homemade berry granola. These typically include oats, a variety of berries, nuts or seeds of your choice, sweeteners like honey or maple syrup, and a bit of oil or butter.
  2. Next, preheat your oven to a moderate temperature, usually around 150 to 180 degrees Celsius(300 to 350 degrees Fahrenheit). While the oven is preheating, mix the oats and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Combine your maple syrup, vanilla extract, and liquid coconut oil in a separate bowl. Warm your coconut oil up in the microwave if it is not fluid.
  3. Once well combined, pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir everything together until the oats are thoroughly coated. This will help create those delicious, crunchy clusters characteristic of granola.
  4. After your mixture is well combined, spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to spread it evenly to ensure that it bakes uniformly. Place the baking sheet in your oven and bake for about 20-30 minutes. Stirring the granola every 10 minutes is essential to prevent it from burning.
  5. Finally, once the granola is golden brown and crispy, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely. As it cools, it will become even crunchier. Once cooled, mix in your choice of dried berries( dried strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries).
  6. Store your homemade berry granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. This granola can be enjoyed with milk or yogurt or as a snack on its own.
  7. ENJOY!
