| 11 | medium size lemons (or 300 ml lemon juice) |
| 100g | white sugar |
| 700ml | sparkling water |

- Wash all lemons and cut ten of them in halves.
- Cut one lemon into slices.
- Juice the lemons by squeezing the lemon halves. Pour the lemon juice into a pitcher. Depending on the size of the lemons, you can make about 300ml with ten medium-sized lemons.
- Add sugar to the lemon juice and whisk until well combined and no more sugar is left.
- Add sparkling water and lemon slices to the pitcher.
- Now ready to serve with lots of ice cubes.
