Ingredients for the recipe:

600gchicken breast
1red pepper
2onion
4garlic cloves
500mlbuttermilk
400mlwater
1tbspcilantro
salt
1tspginger
2tspchili flakes
1tspturmeric

  1. Put the chicken breasts in a bowl and cover them with water and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Let them sit for a short time.
