- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)
- Peel the potatoes and onions.
- Shred the potatoes and onions with a gatering machine or a gater.
- Wash the shredded potatoes and remove from the water. Dry the grated potatoes until it is dry.
- Add the potatoes, onions, eggs, flour, olive oil, and spices to a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Add the mixture to a baking casserole.
- Bake for about 30 minutes in the middle section of the oven.
- Remove out of the oven and let it cool off.
- Slice the casserole into 12 slices.
- Ready to serve.

- If you don’t have plantain flour use regular wheat flour.
- To make your life easier use a grating/shredding machine. The preparation will only need 5 minutes instead of 20 minutes.
