Today, I will share a classic chili recipe with tasteful chili oil. This recipe won't disappoint you. Thanks to the different spices I use, it's very flavorful. It's a very simple recipe—you need one pot. I love one-pot recipes.

the variety of the best chili with beef recipe ever

I understand the hype about chilis at big events, like the Super Bowl. Many people are coming together, all excited to watch the game. As a host, you want something simple but still very delicious. You make one big pot early in the morning, let it simmer the whole day, and everyone will be impressed, as the dish tastes like you have been spending the entire day in the kitchen.
Another reason why I love chili is that it is so varied. You can make some toppings and sides, and everyone can make their favorite bowl. For example, as a Dominican, I love chili with white rice. My husband loves chili with some simple nachos. My father loves chili with bread. There are so many chili bowl versions you can make.
If you are in the mood for a salad, make yourself a big, colorful salad with lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, olives, avocado, and onion. Put chili, cheese, and sour cream on top, and believe me, this is THE ULTIMATE salad.

Not everybody can eat spicy food. I love it, but my brother, for example, can't smell spicy food; he gets sick immediately. We are a big family and love chili, but it is only served at different spicy levels. That's why I created this chili recipe, which is not spicy; my two toddlers can eat, too. To make it spicy, I created this delicious chili garlic oil. It's the perfect chili oil for the best chili with beef recipe ever. Try this basil pesto recipe if you want a topping for those who don't eat spicy. It is perfect for the chili.

ingredients

  • GROUND BEEF. High-quality ground beef.
  • KIDNEY BEANS. You can prepare the beans the night before or use canned beans. If you don't know how to cook the beans from scratch, maybe this will help you.
  • QUAIL BEANS. If you don't have quail beans, use white beans instead.
  • RED BELL PEPPER. One big, juicy red bell pepper. This is going to add so much flavor.
  • ONION. I used a medium-sized yellow onion, but you can use a red one, too.
  • GARLIC CLOVES. I love to stamp the garlic cloves. This method loses a lot of juice but can add so much flavor.
  • TOMATO PASTE. Simple tomato paste which contains only tomatoes.
  • SIEVED TOMATO. Use organic tomato sauce containing only tomatoes, salt, and water. If the tomato sauce contains lemon, it can change the dish's taste, so be careful.
  • WATER. Don't worry if it looks too liquid initially; it will thicken up after cooking.
  • PARSLEY. Chopped parsley will add a lot of flavor and color.
  • CILANTRO. One of the most essential ingredients. Cilantro gives this dish a very unique flavor.
